Triple Triumph for Titan IC at Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards

Belfast, UK – 28th October 2019 – Titan IC, the Belfast firm specialising in accelerated search technology, is celebrating after winning several major awards at the recent Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards. The company’s strong growth was acknowledged as ranking 28 out of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Ireland and Titan IC also scooped both the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Cyber Security Award and the Innovative New Technology Award in association with Google.

The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards is one of Ireland’s foremost technology award programmes. This year marks 20 years of the programme celebrating innovation and entrepreneurship in Ireland’s indigenous technology sector.

The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards took place in Dublin on 25 October 2019. Keynote speaker on the night was Mark Casey, Global Leader of Telecoms, Media & Entertainment at Deloitte.

About the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Programme

The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards is one of Ireland’s foremost technology award programmes. This year marks 20 years of the programme celebrating innovation and entrepreneurship in Ireland’s indigenous technology sector.

Cumulatively, the 2019 Fast 50 winners generated approximately €3.6 billion in total annual revenues in 2018. The average revenue of companies featured in the ranking was approximately €70 million, while the average growth rate of the companies over the last four years was 347%. There are 18 new companies listed on the ranking.

All four provinces are featured in this year’s awards. 28 of the winners are Leinster-based, 13 are based in Ulster, followed by Munster with 8 companies, and Connacht with 2 companies.* Overall, 14 counties are represented in the 2019 listing.

Once again, this year’s awards programme included a number of award categories in addition to the overall ranking. These included the cyber security award, which illustrated the breadth of innovation in cyber security in Ireland. Titan IC was this year’s winner of this award.

The awards also included the fintech award category, sponsored by Silicon Valley Bank. TransferMate Global Payments was this year’s fintech award winner
